Northwood Health Systems
CHALLENGE: Public and political perception of Northwood Health Systems was negative even though they were in the midst of an amazing corporate turn around during the past 6 to 8 years. We were hired to help change perceptions.
STRATEGY: Our strategy was multi faceted including a national, state wide and local presence. We developed and implemented a complex strategy that included media presence, coordination of interviews, submission of press releases, special events, prepping for testimony in front of state legislature, collateral materials and facilitating several feature articles in various magazines.
As part of this strategy we brought in and partnered with other firms to head up a public relations dream team.
RESULTS: We are in the process of effectively communicating the NHS story of a nearly bankrupt health care provider now transformed into a world class organization. NHS’s positive profile is notably rising since the implementation of this plan.
