John D. Culler, CEO and Partner, is a recognized expert in marketing, consulting, crisis communication, research and strategy with over 25 years of marketing advertising and public relations proficiency in the industrial, economic development, healthcare, higher education, finance and political fields among others.
John is widely respected throughout the state and region. His expertise lies in aiding individuals, organizations and companies in developing and maintaining strategic marketing solutions and public relations that work for them. John has led successful election campaigns for Senators Bowman, McKenzie, Klempa and Yost.
His recent experience includes the creation and administration of the WV Association Of Regional Colleges. He is currently the director of this statewide organization made up of public institutions (colleges and universities) in West Virginia that promote the advancement of a high-quality system of higher education.
Other prestigious experiences include being appointed by Governor Bob Wise as a member of the Governor’s PEIA board. John is past Chairman of the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce, serves on several local boards, Police Civil Service Commission, Elmhurst House of Friendship, Boy Scouts, Wheeling Country Club, Oglebay Institute, Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce and has worked with legislative leadership, a network of House and Senate members, to establish the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Coalition of WV. He is on the executive board of Regional Economic Development Partnership.
In addition, John has acted as spokesperson for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. His comprehensive understanding of trends in marketing, crisis communication, public relations and political strategy makes him a vital component to any client partnership.
